Standard Daily Rate - $240 per day (includes all taxes, heated pool and spa)

Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving, Easter & Spring Break, Hannukah - $260 per day

Discounts for stays over 1 week

Minimum one week booking - Additional nights are pro-rated

Additional fees and terms

Cleaning fee $175

Assistance via phone is free and emergency assistance available locally

Non-essential call-out is charged at $90

Deposit of $250 to accompany booking, refundable with 4 weeks notice

Balance due four weeks prior to arrival
